Join the Royal Flying Doctor Service of WA as we open our first permanent General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie in 2025.

Permanent full-time (Mon to Fri) GP role, ideally based in Kalgoorlie. FIFO may be considered.

Delivered in partnership with Curtin University’s Goldfields Department of Rural Health, the clinic offers an opportunity to support student learning while delivering high-quality, community-focused care.

We’re seeking a GP with:

• FRACGP or FACRRM
• AHPRA Medical Registration
• Prior General Practice experience
• Interest in clinical education

Total Remuneration Package includes (pro rata):

• Base salary up to $340K
• Salary packaging up to $18,550
• 5 weeks annual leave
• Professional development allowance
• Housing, vehicle and utilities (or allowances)
• Relocation support
• Medical indemnity & life insurance
• Incentives via Workforce Incentive Program
• Retention bonus after 3 years
