After five years and a recent switch from WAGPN to Primary Care WA, CEO Debra Barnes has resigned and been replaced by Peter Mathie as Acting CEO. Peter has his own consultancy and lists Department of Health & Ageing, CRS Australia, and ATSIC amongst his previous employers
CEO of SJOG Health Care Dr Michael Stanford, has been appointed to the board of private retirement and aged care company, St Ives. Dr Stanford is also on the board of RAC Holdings, which took total ownership of St Ives in November.
Director of the McCusker Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, Professor Ralph Martins, was awarded Officer of the Order of Australia (OA) in the Australia Day honours list. Director of the National Centre for Asbestos Related Diseases, Dr Bruce Robinson, was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM).
