The Promoter is Medforum Pty Ltd ABN 37 653 446 836 (the Promoter), 3/8 Howlett Street, North Perth, Western Australia 6006. The Competition entry period commences at 12am AWST on the 23rd of November 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AWST on the 8th of December 2022 (Entry Period). This competition is open to all Practice Managers. Entrants must complete the entry form at https://mforum.com.au/practice-manager-competition/ to enter. One entry per person. Entrants will enter the draw to win an Uber Eats gift card, which is valued at a maximum of $250. The electronic draw will take place at 3/8 Howlett Street, North Perth, Western Australia 6006 at 10am AWST on the 13th of December 2022.
