Clinical quiz: Binocular horizontal and vertical diplopia

 

A 23-year-old male presents with one-day history of binocular horizontal and vertical diplopia post blunt trauma. Visual acuity unaffected.

Previous ocular history of high myopia and there is no significant past medical history. He holds a private driver’s licence.

He reports no nausea or vomiting. There was mild generalised pain around the right orbit. On clinical examination his pulse and blood pressure were within normal limits....
